Mabey because they are basically the same gun except look different.

As long as it hasn't the flaws of the current sniper (2k4) I am fine with it. A hitscan weapon should have a hitscan tracer (but a tracer is a must, IMHO) and no smoke puff. The LG has none of them, so currently I prefer the LG.

It leaves no trail, it looks better, it sounds better, it feels much better. I like this change.

But I hope I won't get smoke in my face every time I pull the trigger. That's VEEEERY crappy.

I hate the after effects! Haha. But I love the sniper rifle. Glad to see it back.

If the sniper has a tracer, I'm fine with it. But if I had to choose, I'll prefer the LG.
