Epic Announces Finalists for the ‘Best Use of Physics’ Category of Phase 2 in the $1 Million Intel Make Something Unreal Contest
CARY, N.C. – December 16, 2008 – Epic Games, Inc. today announced Phase 2 finalists for the “Best Use of Physics” category in its $1 Million Intel Make Something Unreal Contest. The competition rewards top mods created for Unreal Tournament 3 with cash and hardware prizes in four preliminary phases and a grand final.

Yay! My Electromagnet/Gravity Gun got an honorable mention again! I love it that even though my weapon has no meshes, textures, or sounds, they still recognize the effort that I have put into it through coding. I have enjoyed the contest so far, and hope it continues well.
